Founded in 1981, the Association of the Relais Desserts International was created in European style right from the start. It groups a dozen countries, with all the main representative members of the profession who all agree the basic principles: Refinement, Creativity, Quality, and Tradition.
In order to give you better service, the members put together their experiences and knowledge during seminars. These practical workshops for ideas are professional meetings that allow the patissiers to be the precursors of tendencies and therefore presents you with new desserts.
All from diverse origins, the members of the Association are selected using very specific criteria. They are all professional people of a very high level, who have a very exacting conception of the profession. Their main objection is to reach perfection, and to renew the pleasures of the palate for their clients.
