ARTICLE 1 - Confirmation of order
All confirmed orders to Chocolat Gelencser imply full acceptation of terms of sale, applicable to contract. Order form must be correctly filled out and sent with card number and expiration date.
In case of missing information, Chocolat Gelencser reserves the right to refuse an incorrect order. A fax or e-mail will be sent within 48 hours of reception of order, to either confirm or cancel. The order becomes definitive upon confirmation by Chocolat Gelencser.

ARTICLE 2 – General obligations of both parties

2-1 Obligations for Chocolat Gelencser

Chocolat Gelencser agrees, in the case of a confirmed order, to sell and deliver the products ordered by the client.

2-2 Obligations for Client
The client may not resell the products, as the purchase is for private use only, or for gifts. The client agrees to pay the price (product plus shipping) to Chocolat Gelencser.

ARTICLE 3 - Shipping
 
Chocolat Gelencser has chosen to work with Chronopost for deliveries. Shipping time varies among countries, see Shipping page for details.
Time limits are for information only, Chocolat Gelencser cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. Shipper will leave a note in case of absence. The client must not consume the product if damaged during shipping (heat, delay, etc.).

ARTICLE 4 - Price
 
Price includes product price plus shipping. Price is in French francs, other currencies indicated are for information only. Payment of products is done by secured payment on line.

There are no importation taxes in Europe. For other countries, possible taxes are to be paid by client.

ARTICLE 5 - Confirmation or cancellation of order

Products travel at risk to client. No returns are accepted. Client must obey stocking conditions and date limit. The client is responsible for checking the order and condition of products upon receiving the package. In case of incorrect or damaged shipment, client can file a complaint to shipper during delivery or within 12 hours to Chocolat Gelencser by fax or e-mail.

ARTICLE 6 - Guarantee

Chocolat Gelencser guarantees products are made in France and all ingredient are of top quality. Client is expected to check if it is legal to import ordered products to country of destination.
