What is the best way to appreciate the flavors when tasting ?

We recommend you cut your chocolate in two and allow it to melt in the mouth to give the different aromas time to develop.

Is there a way to proceed when sampling different chocolates ?

When sampling several chocolates,
it is better to start with a plain chocolate,
the one with the highest cocoa content, and then go on to the one that is flavored with fruits, then spices then with alcohol.
